Mora Hotel - Trabzon

The location of the hotel was one of its strongest points. It was conveniently situated close to the airport, allowing for easy access when arriving or departing. it was near the coast, providing a lovely view for those who enjoy being near the beach. the spacious rooms and friendly staff were also notable positives, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were some shortcomings in terms of cleanliness and service. Some guests mentioned that their rooms were not cleaned before check-in and remained untouched.

The restaurant serves really delishes food...

Room was dirty. The price did not reflect the quality

My feeling is that all staff did everything to satisfy guests due to an excellent manager which was available almost 24h in the hotel or per telephone.

It is difficult to have complains, when you chose hotel of tree stare category. My whish was to have a menu written in other language then Turkish. Another whish would be to have a better maintenance in guest rooms, such as replacing not working bulbs, or not working light dimmers, not working refrigerators to mention some observed failures.

The hotel is located close to the airport which made it convenient for our early morning flight. The swimming pool was well maintained and provided a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The staff at the hotel were not very helpful and hardly spoke any English. It was frustrating for us to communicate our needs.

I did not like anything.

It was really disappointment.. staff is not friendly, there was nothing to do around, meals were not tasty at all..

the hotel was also conveniently located near the airport, making our travel arrangements a breeze.

There were a few rough corners that need improvement, such as the gloomy corridors and the noise from ongoing renovation works. Nevertheless, the friendly staff and the affordable price made up for any inconvenience.

The staff tried to help even though their English was not great.

The advert is a little misleading as there is no water in the swimming pool, but this is probably under new management & also low season, but they are trying to make improvements...there are no restaurants nearby, so without my own transport was restricting, & I had to go to the city centre whenever I wanted to eat.

Hotel have no commitment to the client at all, I make reservation for 2 rooms triple type, They gave me one triple and the other one double, when I complain they take me to triple one but the AC was not working when I complain they said this is what we have!!! Then forcibly I accept the double one!!! Even I make reservation long back through booking but I didn't get the my wright!! So what the meaning of reservation if the hotel could not meet the clients needs!!! at least they should excuse to client before he comes and trapped!!

Honestly, the pictures and prices was the good things I found about the hotel online, plus the location which is good They did discount for the room, since we asked for extra bed , but the third person couldn't come and therefore they reduce the price :) I liked this

The hotel is no longer suitable for usage ! it's peice of disaster ! i'm not trying to be harsh but this is the true ! the bathroom was dirty , no cleaning , and the staff were angry when we asked them to clean and they thought that we intentionally make it dirty ! I felt they might kill us in the night, I jsut book another ticket and left the hotel and didn't sleep there it's not suitable for family ! adults activity is so obvious the Door , omg the door ! , the door hands were brokien and need musles to be able to open the door The hotel really need change the door hands and totally re-innovation Femal staff and rude and they were staring at us I felt they will do something bad to us!

Hotel Manager (Ahmet) tried his best to help.

Bathroom is bad, no place to take showe except of stand on Tiles. ac not good. No JAcquzi, it is 100% different than what it is shown on Booked.net. It is two star hotel.

Nothing except the location

The hotel stuff does not speaking English, very dirty hotel and bad smell. I will never stay again in this hotel and I didn’t recommend it to any one

The staff were friendly.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The shower ran cold. Aeroplanes land yards from the hotel. The pool is vile and surrounding area is run down.
